  1. To resolve complaints, our company has established "Complaint Handling and Dispute Resolution Regulations." The Compliance Department, which serves as the customer complaint handling department, will respond earnestly and strive to gain customer understanding by fulfilling its accountability.

  2. The complaint handling department will promptly and appropriately address customer complaints. For important matters, it will report to the Board of Directors and other relevant bodies in a timely manner, share information internally, and, when necessary, collaborate with external experts such as lawyers to resolve issues.

In addition to resolving complaints and disputes through the methods described in 1 and 2 above, our company will resolve complaints and disputes from our customers regarding our Type II Financial Instruments Business through the Japan Type II Financial Instruments Firms Association. Furthermore, regarding our Investment Advisory and Agency Business, we will resolve complaints and disputes from our customers through the Investment Management Association of Japan.
    Furthermore, the Japan Type II Financial Instruments Firms Association and the Investment Management Association of Japan have entrusted their complaint handling and dispute resolution services to the Financial Instruments Mediation Assistance Center (FINMAC), a Specified Non-Profit Organization. Therefore, the contact point for consultations regarding complaints and mediation for dispute resolution concerning our company's Type II Financial Instruments Business and Investment Advisory and Agency Business is as follows.
