Antisocial Policy

To sever all ties with anti-social forces* and organizations that threaten the order and safety of civil society and hinder the economic activities of companies and individuals, our company will implement measures based on the following basic policy.

1. Basic Policy for Preventing Harm from Anti-Social Forces

  1. In response to unreasonable demands from anti-social forces, we will establish internal rules and regulations and ensure that the entire organization, from top management such as the Representative Director downwards, responds, rather than leaving it solely to individual staff or departments.
  2. We will ensure the safety of our employees and other personnel who respond to unreasonable demands from anti-social forces.
  3. In preparation for unreasonable demands from anti-social forces, we will regularly build close cooperative relationships with external specialized organizations such as the police, anti-violence campaign promotion centers, and lawyers.
  4. We will have absolutely no relationship with anti-social forces, including business dealings. We will also reject any unreasonable demands made by anti-social forces. Furthermore, if a party with whom we already have a business relationship is found to be an anti-social force, we will take measures to terminate the relationship as quickly as possible.
  5. We will take legal action against unreasonable demands from anti-social forces, covering both civil and criminal aspects.
  6. Even if an unreasonable demand from anti-social forces is based on a scandal in our business activities or involving our employees, we will absolutely not engage in backroom deals to conceal the matter.
  7. We will under no circumstances provide funds to anti-social forces.

*Anti-social forces refer to groups or individuals who pursue economic gain through violence, intimidation, and fraudulent methods. These include "yakuza," "yakuza-affiliated companies," "sokaiya" (corporate racketeers), "social movement racketeers," "political activity racketeers," and "specialized intellectual violence groups."
