He began his career as a real estate professional at Daikyo Corporation.
Subsequently, after serving in the Real Estate Finance Department at UFJ Tsubasa Securities Co., Ltd., and then leading finance operations for domestic and international real estate funds as General Manager of Real Estate Finance Sales at Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation, he joined our company.

Prior to joining the company, he served at Nomura Securities, in regional bank, life insurance, and housing loan sectors, as Representative of Servicer at Secured Capital Japan, and as Compliance Officer at KG Capital.

After working at Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation and KPMG FAS, he was involved in private fund acquisition at LaSalle Investment Management. Subsequently, as a Director at LaSalle REIT Advisors, he held positions as CFO, CIO, and Head of Fund Management before joining our company.

After 8 years of experience at a J-REIT management company, he spent 7 years conducting evaluation and analysis of private funds and private REITs at Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Research Institute. He then worked for 7 years with institutional investors at CIM Japan, the Japanese subsidiary of US asset manager CIM Group, before joining our company.
