Third Party Provision Overseas

When we provide your personal data to a third party in a foreign country, the Personal Information Protection Act requires us to publicly disclose the name of that country and its personal data protection system when obtaining your consent. However, since the financial products you may transact with us in the future are yet to be determined, and we cannot foresee which foreign authorities or custodians might request your personal data, we are unable to comprehensively inform you in advance of the names of such countries or their personal data protection systems.

If we are able to identify the third-party recipient after the fact, you may request us to provide information about the name of that foreign country, its personal data protection system, and the measures taken by that third party to protect personal data.
