We are opening "BLOCKS YOYOGI," a new location for our shared office brand, BLOCKS OFFICE, in Yoyogi, Tokyo. BLOCKS YOYOGI features fully private offices designed to help startups and growing companies focus on their core business. Applications for residency open on Friday, July 3, 2026, with advance viewings available from Friday, July 31, to Monday, August 31, 2026. The grand opening is scheduled for Tuesday, September 1, 2026.
The facility is a four-minute walk from Yoyogi Station (JR and Toei Oedo lines) and Minami-Shinjuku Station (Odakyu Odawara Line). Shinjuku Station is also within walking distance, providing excellent access to major city hubs like Shinjuku and Shibuya. Located near Meiji Jingu Shrine and Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden, the site offers a perfect balance of urban convenience and a tranquil environment.

All 106 furnished private offices can accommodate teams of one to six people. Each room is equipped with a desk, chair, and Wi-Fi, and includes a dedicated mailbox. The offices support corporate registration, making them ideal for small teams and sole proprietors.

The shared lounge is designed for various uses outside of private offices, such as individual work, meetings, and hosting guests. With a variety of seating options, users can choose a spot that suits their tasks or mood for the day. The lounge also features a drink bar, making it a convenient space for both focused work and taking a break.

The lounge is equipped with private web booths and meeting rooms. These spaces are perfect for tasks that require more than just a private office, such as online business meetings, internal team discussions, or hosting guests.
