Profits' Initiatives and Updates

As PROFITZ Inc. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Shinichiro Tanaka; hereinafter "PROFITZ") approaches its 10th anniversary, we have redefined our corporate identity, viewing the next decade as our "second founding." In conjunction with this, we have adopted the slogan "Future Profit Architect" to symbolize our new direction.
Along with this, we have refreshed our corporate logo and fully renewed our corporate website (https://profitz.jp/).
Through our real estate investment and asset management businesses, PROFITZ has consistently worked to discover latent value in real estate and implement it as business, thereby creating new demand and market opportunities. Leveraging the expertise and track record we have cultivated, we will simultaneously pursue returns for investors, enhanced experiences for users, and value for society. As an architect of "future profits" where value circulates among investors, users, and society, we will continue to expand our horizons of value creation.

As we position the next decade as our second founding, we recognized the need to re-articulate who we are, what value we provide to society, and where we are headed, in order to evolve from "the PROFITZ of the past" to "the PROFITZ of the future," based on our operational track record and expanding business domains.
This redefinition is an initiative to more clearly communicate the value we provide and our vision for the future to our investors and society.
PROFITZ operates three core business pillars: Fund Asset Management (FAM), Private Asset Management (PAM), and the real estate information network "REACH." Since our founding, we have prioritized looking beyond real estate as merely an "asset to be held or managed." Instead, we focus on identifying the needs of users, local communities, and society to plan and implement businesses that generate new demand.
Examples include our "BLOCKS OFFICE" small office brand, which adapts to changing work styles; our "FLUFFY" residence brand, which redefines pet-friendly urban living; and our "QOL Fund," which aims to balance social impact with investment returns. These projects were all conceived by focusing on the challenges faced by users and society, rather than the real estate itself.
Furthermore, through our real estate information network "REACH" and our real estate management support tool "REACH AI," we are making information and expertise—previously accessible only to a select few professionals—widely available to support the decision-making of real estate owners.
Our new corporate slogan, "Future Profit Architect," encapsulates the philosophy of value creation at PROFITZ.
The "Profit" we refer to goes beyond simple returns for investors. At PROFITZ, we define "future profit" as the experiential value for those who use our properties, as well as the value generated for the local community and society at large.
Real estate is more than just an asset. It has the potential to change human behavior, transform cities, and create new value for society. We aim to be an organization that not only identifies this potential but also plans, designs, and implements it to create "future profit."
"Future profit" is not something to be discovered, but something to be designed. "Future Profit Architect" is the corporate slogan that represents this commitment to value creation.

In conjunction with the redefinition of our corporate identity, we have refreshed our corporate logo. The new logo expresses our approach to value creation, as embodied in "Future Profit Architect," through the letters of our company name, "PROFITZ."
"PRO" represents the expertise to see the essence of things; "FIT" signifies the ability to design the optimal solution from various conditions, including market, capital, society, and time; and "Z" represents the determination to see things through to the very end. The logo embodies our commitment to not just conceptualizing, but implementing and staying involved until results are achieved.
Furthermore, the design of the new logo is inspired by a "gate," where people, capital, time, and value intersect, expressing our desire to remain an organization open to the city and society.

To consistently communicate our redefined corporate identity both internally and externally, we have completely overhauled our corporate website.
Corporate Website:https://profitz.jp/
The new site is centered on the "Future Profit Architect" philosophy, featuring updated content on our approach to value creation, business domains, past project development case studies, partnerships, and team introductions. The structure is designed to systematically convey how we identify the latent value in real estate and how we plan, design, and implement our projects.
Moving forward, we will continue to operate this site as a platform to share the philosophy behind our real estate value creation, the projects we have undertaken, and the team members who drive our value creation efforts.

Redefining our brand identity is a vital step for Profits as we move into our next stage. As we approach our 10th anniversary, having built a strong track record and expanded our business scope, we felt it was time to clearly articulate who we are and where we are headed.
The value of real estate is not determined solely by location or market trends. It is defined by whether we can solve real-world problems, create new experiences, and implement value that is meaningful to society.
We remain committed to designing "future profits" while ensuring a win-win-win outcome for our investors, users, and society at large. Our new identity, "Future Profit Architect," embodies this determination.
We look forward to continuing our journey of innovation over the next decade.
Over the next ten years, Profits will expand beyond the traditional boundaries of real estate investment and asset management.
Building on our established expertise in asset management, we will now leverage co-creation with our group companies and domestic and international partners to integrate capabilities in operations, planning, production, and global networking.
We view real estate not merely as an asset to be held or managed, but as a business opportunity to influence human behavior, shape experiences, and drive positive change in our cities and society, implementing value in increasingly diverse ways.

By starting with user challenges and unmet needs, we aim to create new experiential and real estate value, fostering a future where benefits circulate among investors, users, and society. With this vision embodied in our new identity, "Future Profit Architect," Profits is stepping forward into the next decade.
