On October 1, 2026, Profitz held a press conference at Tokyo Midtown Yaesu regarding "Untapped Real Estate Assets."

We define Untapped Real Estate Assets as "real estate that is not currently on the market and is not reaching its full potential due to its current usage or ownership structure."

At the event, Representative Director Shinichiro Tanaka explained the background behind our focus on Untapped Real Estate Assets and outlined our future initiatives.
As a concrete example of value creation, we introduced the conversion of a restaurant building in Yokohama Chinatown into a hotel, theTRAN.SCENDER® HÔTEL Yokohama, and shared its operational performance for the first time since opening.

Following the press conference, a media tour of the hotel was also conducted.
